Vintage 90s Black Velvet Dress

Black goth choir (assuming based on tag) dress with very full skirt, empire waist, gather on the backside, and velvet top. I adore this dress- it's got style and presence, you can layer it with a light turtleneck, and the tons of fabric are breezy yet keep you warm in winter.
