Vintage 80s red stirrup leggings with elastic waist. Made in USA. Stirrups hold pants in place while wearing boots but can also be worn with sneakers for a visible statement.
Rare to find vintage leggings with stirrups still attached because when stirrups went out of trend in the 90s, our frugal friends cut them off to stay on trend.
