Order confirmation and tracking information are sent automatically via email. Once shipped, Voyage de Lune is not liable for packages that may be lost or damaged.

International orders are sent via USPS First Class International, which averages 7-21 days for delivery, but may take up to 30 days in some cases. Please keep this in mind when placing international orders. Need faster delivery? Other options available at checkout (additional rates apply):

Priority Mail International - delivery average 6-10 days
